"AYAM PANSOH"

Hi there!! I'm so in the mood of home sweet home right now..in another3 days i will be there!! yeahhhh.. cant't wait....especially in tasting the foods.. Sarawak original foods..hahaha.. Ayam Pansoh is the one of it...
Ayam pansoh is one of the tribes tradional foods. it is the chicken meet and wa cooked by using the bamboo... how??? hahahaa..i'll show you ..its like this :

I'm not going to  tell the process of cooking ayam pansuh using ht bamboo... i love to share my own style of cooking ayam pansoh..hehehe...
since we are students...in the hostel...we can't burn the firewoods..and all we have is the rice cooker.. hahaa..how?? let me tell ...

First begin with the raw materials :
1. Chicken meat (1 whole body)
2. Bunga Kantan (Ginger leaves) (5 ulas)
3.Ginger,onions,garlics (secukupnya)
4.Lemon Grass
5. Turmeric Leaves(daun kunyit)-2 or 3 pieces

yeah..as simple as this..=)

2. Then..cut the meat into a desired size....slice the ginger flower,ginger,onions,lemon grass,garlics..and then mixed it wth the chicken...marinate about half an hour...

3. After half and hour..then preparing for the cooking stuff...put the turmeric leaves & arrange it in the rice cooker until the bottom surface were fully covered..as the base for placing the meat. Then put the chicken meat into the rice cooker...then covered it with the tumeric leaves...

4. after that..just cook it and wait until cooked! hahahahahaaa

Enjoy it yah....

***opssss..if you at home...no need to use the rice cooker..just used your cooking pot with a very slow & low temperature of stove heat...hehee
