when it turns to celebration... nothing inside my mind..only and only :

CAKES!! my 

 favourite cake is the 'KEK LAPIS BUMI"

i still remember when i was kids, my aunty always bake the cake every Christmas & celebration.. and i was the great eater o

 f the kek lapis... hmmm....and  i ask 

 from my aunty the recipe and untill now i am able to bake it mysel!! yeahhh.... 

here it is... :

the ingridients (not in detail)

1. Butter

2.Sel

 f-raising 

 f

lour

3. Eggs

4. Kaya

5. Vanilla essence

6.Milk.

7. Colouring.

8. Sugar.

i though baking a cheesecake is a tough and complicated... but i was wrong!!!

last gawai i did search in the internet on a baked cheesecake recipe...and 

 found it out!! and the best thing is... when i try it..it was awesome!!! yeahh!! hahahaaa./..(how ever..the biscuit laye is not that owesome..haha)

ingredients :

1. Sugar

2. Lemon Juice

3. Cream Cheese

4. Eggs

5. Vanila essence

6. biscuit

7.butter..

8.milk

The progress :

add in cream cheese

add in sugar,vanilla,lemon juice, eggs and milk. mixed it until well-mixed

well-mixed

 finally..& baked in 150c (40 minute)
